BRESLOV
INTERNATIONAL Teves 13 5759 / January 1 '99 Mohorosh returned on Thursday December 31st. Mohorosh's trip to Eretz Yisroel was Boruch Hashem a tremendous success. The seudah for Reb Nosson's Yarhzeit was beautiful. The entire town of Yavneel turned out Monday night when Mohorosh spoke. After the seudah Mohorosh and the whole Yavneel entourage traveled to Ramat Gan in center Eretz Yisroel for the planned gathering at Hotel Bon Ton. It was a sellout crowd of about three thousand people. Every seat, every square inch was occupied. People outside were listening outside over loudspeakers. So jammed packed was the area that the radio stations made announcements every few minutes that more people should not come because of lack of accommodations. Mohorosh was broadcast live so that everyone was able to hear the Tzaddik speak. His words were really inspiring and we hope to get a video-taped broadcast of it on line in the near future. Stay tuned!Teves 8 5759 / December 27 '98 Mohorosh left for Eretz Yisrael on Saturday night December 26th (8th of Teves) after the birth of a grandson on Motzoie Shabbos in New York and the Bar Mitzvah of one of his students. Mohorosh will return on Thursday, December 31st (12th of Teves).Marcheshvan 8 5759 / October 28 '98 The Yartziet Seudah was a smashing success with busloads of people arriving from all over Eretz Yisroel to personally greet Mohorosh and see the Tzadik from Yavneel whom they merit to hear a few times a week on the radio (Kol HaEmet and Kol HaChesed channels).Marcheshvan 6 5759 / October 26 '98 Mohorosh left for Eretz Yisroel in honor of his mothers Yartziet (Marcheshvan 8). A Yartziet seudah will held in Yavneel in the new wedding hall and guests are expected from all over the country because Mohorosh on his weekly radio lecture invited one and all to come and see what their generous donations accomplished.Av 12 5758 / August 12 '98 Mohorosh is leaving for Israel after tish b'av for two weeks to, among other things, dedicate a new wedding hall on t'u b'av 18th av. This wedding hall is completely unique in that it is available free of charge for families of limited means. It is already "booked" for many weeks to come, and promises to be constantly active: bris milahs in the morning, bar mitzvahs in afternoon, weddings at night. An urgent request is made to send contributions to support this wedding hall, and in that way have a chelek mamash in simchas. Iyar 10 5758 / May 6 '98Mohorosh is leaving for Israel to join the Breslov gathering in Meron for Lag BaOmer. The celebration at the final resting place of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai promises to be greater than ever, with over 100,000 people attending. |
